Make your International Drivers Licence!

Why? Because you will need to translate it to English to be able to use it here. If you become an Australian Permanent Resident, your are going to be required to do the Australian Drivers Licence. When you do your International Drivers Licence, you can use it as your country one, for the same period and conditions. And you can find used cars for sale from A$500 (it depends of the year and conditions of the car). Note: never buy any car without the Road Safety certificate, as you will need this to renew the Registration of your car!
